नकुलस्य सुघोषः

आचार्यस्तुतिमालिका महद्भाग्यमिदं चाद्य भाग्यपुरीनिवासिनाम् । भागिनां श्रीनृसिंहस्य जन्मदिनमहोत्सवे ।। 1 ।। Indeed it is a great fortune for the residents of Bhagyapuri (Secunderabad) who are taking part in the thirunakshatra celebrations of H.H.Srimad Azhagiyasingar. ஸ்ரீமதழகியசிங்கருடைய ஐன்மதினமஹோத்ஸவமான இன்று அதில் பங்கு கொள்ளும் பாக்யபுரிநிவாஸிகளுக்கு மகத்தான பாக்யமன்றோ ! नृपञ्चाननसन्तत्यां षट्चत्वारिंश एष वै । सप्तोनसप्ततिं याति बाल्ये तिष्ठति सत्यहो ।। 2 ।। H.H.Srimad Azhagiyasingar is the 46 th jeer in the lineage of Srimad Azhagiyasingars. I am sharing twelve slokas which were composed on H.H.Srimad Andavan (Srimushnam), of Andavan Ashramam. 1: श्रीमन्तमस्मदाचार्यं रंगरामानुजं मुनिम् । धीमन्तं चापि धीरं तं यतिवर्यमहं भजे ।। I salute that sage Sri Rangaramanujamuni, my (our) acharya, who is wise and well conducted and also the best of yati-s. 2:  सहास्यो यस्स्मितास्येन ह्लादयति यतिश्च तम् । चतुष्षष्टिकला व न्तं चतुस्सोमसमं भजे ।।  H.H. has an excellent sense of humour. His wit is enjoyable. I salute that Yati who pleases people with his sense of humour and smiling face. He is a master of all 64 art forms. Our ancestors are originally from a hamlet called Setlur (a variation of Shrestaluru in the border of present day Karnataka and Andhrapradesh). We belong to the Kausika gotra. They migrated to a hamlet called Thensiruvalur (near Thindivanam). My great grand father moved to a village called Alathurai (near Uthiramerur and Vandavasi). My grand father spent most of his life there before moving to Chennai in his old age with his sons.
